How to play

1. Played with a standard 52-card deck. Everyone gets 7 cards. Aces are low (A-2-3); face cards are worth 10, aces 1, other cards their number.
2. On your turn draw from the stock or take the top discard, then discard one card. You can’t throw back the card you just took from the discard pile. You have 30 seconds per turn.
3. Build melds: sets of 3 or 4 cards of the same rank, or runs of 3+ consecutive cards of the same suit. Tap “Arrange” to see your melds highlighted in color; you can also drag cards to reorder them.
4. You may knock when, after your discard, your unmatched cards (deadwood) add up to 10 or less. Everyone adds their deadwood to their score. Knock with everything melded — “Rummy!” — and you subtract 10 instead.
5. When someone reaches 100 points the match ends and the lowest score wins.
